As a life coach, I can help empower you to achieve your goals – nowadays life coaches are as popular and accessible as personal trainers. This could be becoming happy and fulfilled at home or changing your job, but the list really is endless. Everything we discuss is kept completely confidential.
So why should you choose me? I will help you face challenging situations and push through emotional barriers by providing you with an objective viewpoint and supportive space to help you stay clear on your overall goals. I’ll hold you accountable and push you as hard as you want to be pushed. But, if you simply want support or an objective point of view, then I can be that too.
I can provide you with the tools and support but you will need to be ready and willing to make the change in your life Think of a Personal Trainer, they can help you get fit but you have to want to put in the work in the first place. They can’t do the exercise for you but can identify the best exercises for you and show you how to do them but ultimately, you have to want to make the change and put in the work.

A session will usually last 60 minutes, at a venue agreed with you but can be as short as 30 minutes via Zoom for progress reviews.
We will discuss what areas of your life you are unhappy with and where you would like your life to be. We will work together to help you make positive changes in your life and agree the actions needed. I won’t force you to make any decisions you are not comfortable with and all sessions are totally confidential, which allows you to really explore your true thoughts and feelings, without any judgement.
I conduct sessions over the phone, face to face (within 45 minutes of Chelmsford*) and via video call – whatever works best for you! Some clients prefer to have sessions in their home, others prefer to go somewhere separate from their normal life.
For some people, this is as simple as meeting in a café/park or combining with taking the dog for a walk. A lot of clients find that being outdoors can help them think clearer and also enjoy having company as many do not feel comfortable walking on their own.
* Face to face sessions further than 45 minutes from Chelmsford are only available by request and will incur an additional mileage charge of 45p per mile.

This is a hard question to answer as it really depends on what changes you need support with and is different for every client.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation (phone/video call) for you to be able to share your challenges and for us to agree the next steps. A minimum of 3 sessions will be required for the majority of clients and we will discuss this at your first session. However, I do offer one off sessions starting at 30 minutes, if you simply want a kick-start or ad-hoc check in.
I charge £55 per hour and there is no additional charge for weekend/evening sessions. I work Monday-Saturday and Sunday by arrangement only.
It also includes mileage (within 45 minutes of Chelmsford). Locations further afield will be charged at 45p per mile and agreed as required.
Gift vouchers are also available, if you know someone who would benefit from my services, please get in touch.
Life Coaching really can benefit anyone! We all have challenges in our life and they really are as unique as you. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be confidence, decision making, motivation or a specific skill. My clients range from 18-80 years. Some clients meet me in person and others via video call
However, some common areas include
- life transitions such as divorce/bereavement/downsizing/starting a family
- health issues
- wanting to change career
- learn a specific skill/qualification
- caring for an elderly relative or child
Self-help books definitely have their place and I have quite a few on my bookshelf and often find at my client’s homes.
However, sometimes it can be difficult to stay on track with implementing the changes required or being able to apply them to your life. This is where I can help by helping you identify the best changes for you and supporting you to actually implement them in your life.
Consider me your very own accountability partner! The act of ‘body doubling’ – having someone alongside you to keep you on track and support you, can help you stay motivated too.
Not at all – for me, perfection is a myth and it is all about achieving greater balance! I am naturally organised but am a busy self-employed single mum of 2 so my life gets disorganised too! However, I have steps in place to minimise the chaos and recognise the reasons that I may be procrastinating and have the tools in place to improve it when I’m ready.
